Apricot & Salt started in 2020, born out of a layoff and a decision to stop waiting for permission to do the work. What began as a side hustle quickly turned into a full-service creative studio with a roster of food and product businesses that felt like home.
The studio runs alongside a career that has spanned some of the biggest names in tech and media, and regional marketing roles overseeing multi-million dollar campaigns for international food and beverage brands.
Then came Pineapple Sol, a cafe built from scratch, grown into a neighborhood favorite, and sold in 2024. That chapter taught us what no boardroom does: what actually moves a small business forward, and what's just noise.
